Tap’s area of expertise lies in Quantity Surveying, boasting impressive skills in quantity takeoff, BOQ, Pre-Contracts and Tendering, Contracts, and Post-Contract Construction Stage works.

Kat holds an Accounting degree and brings a strong foundation in financial administration and project support. She plays an integral role in assisting with project invoicing, cost tracking, and financial reporting, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency across multiple projects.

Working closely with senior leadership, Kat provides valuable support in tender preparation, documentation, and project coordination. She also contributes to the development of project reports and assists in preparing materials for construction-related engagements, supporting the successful delivery of projects from early stages through to completion.

Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Kat ensures that project records and financial documentation are well-managed and up to date. She is a reliable team member who supports both operational processes and strategic deliverables with consistency and precision.
